DAYRON SIMÓNDayron Simón is mainly a palette knife artist. Most of his paintings are created almost entirely in the moment, using a wet-on-wet, or alla prima process in which he works with thick heavy layers of oil paint. Diving into his art both emotionally and physically, he captures the energy of urban scenes and its people; executed in brilliant hues with his broken color technique in a modern impressionist style. Especially interesting are his large format paintings and his expressive portraits of children which he has inserted on banknotes, creating a conceptual art series of modern portraits.

DUHAMEL XOLOT
Turning the subtle - or what others would consider the mundane - into the interesting and inspiring is one of Duhamel's abilities. He spends a lot of his energy extracting the beauty from everyday modern life to shine a spotlight on what makes it special, in a very detail oriented but personal realism style in the case of his urban scenes, which are always interpretations of his own photographs. As a contemporary realist painter his work includes conceptual figurative work, portraits and abstraction. His artwork brings to life his own emotions and the interconnections of all things.

LUIS C. RESTOYRestoy’s abstract works portray a metaphoric perception of the world as he brings to life his colors and spaces in a natural way, driven by a constant desire to find new meanings according to his own visual style. His most recent production has evolved to be a vessel for his meditative and creative journey. He often explores the dualities of knowing and not knowing, safety and risk, realism and abstraction. His paintings often evoke landscapes, aerial photographs, or views through the microscope; featuring dynamic compositions, textures, detail, and a painterly handling of the materials. The artist brings an open approach to different techniques, often blurring the distinctions between media. Yet, each medium is used to distinctive advantage.
